  • 1 cup coconut flour

Mash the banana and add all the ingredients into it. Mix them well with a whisk and dough it up. Now, make slim log shapes from the dough and cut the log into very small pieces. Bake them in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. 

8. Tuna Treats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 gms of fish
  • Cheese

Add the beaten eggs to the minced fish. Stir the mixture thoroughly till you can’t tell one from the other. Now, add the whole cup of flour to it. After mixing them all well, add some shredded cheese to the mixture. You can also skip the cheese part if you want to make it healthier.

Spread the mixture on the baking tray and put it in an oven preheated at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Chop the treats in the shape and size you want. Put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes to crisp them up.

9. Milk Bone Dog Treats

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups flour

  • 4 litres of skim milk
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp salt

Add the milk to a lit frying pan and stir regularly. Now add the lime juice to the milk slowly. Again, stir stir stir. Add 1 tbsp of salt. You know what to do. Yes, stir. Turn off the flame after you see pieces of cheese forming up. Take them out and rinse them properly. 

Cut out a length of fabric or cheesecloth and spread the whole cheese on it. Fold the fabric with the cheese inside. Apply hard pressure to squeeze out all the water. Leave it for a few minutes. You have the cheese. Cut it out in suitable pieces and put it in the oven at 150 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove them from the oven and allow them to dry for 24-36 hours. They’re ready. Let your dogs chew all they want.

  • 4-ounce jar of baby food
  • 1 cup flour

Put the whole mixture in a polythene wrap to roll it out. Cut it out in shapes and put it in the oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden. 

13. Apple and Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits

Ingredients 

  • 2 apples
  • ¼ cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1 and ½ cup old-fashioned oats

Puree 2 apples and take them out in a bowl. Coarsely ground the peanuts and oats together. Add them to the apple puree. Stir until well mixed. You can add more peanuts and oats till they become dough-like. 

Put it all on a polythene wrap and roll it out. Cut out the treats and bake them at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Watch your dogfighting over it now.

  • 1 cup cooked diced chicken
  • ½ cup boiled mashed rice
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 egg

Pour all the ingredients together. Mix them by stirring thoroughly. Pour them into silicone moulds. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the silicone moulds in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

Take them out of the oven and allow it to cool. Take them out of the silicone moulds and serve them freshly to your pup.

  • Organic chicken broth
  • 2 pieces of boiled chicken breast

Shred the boiled chicken breast and put little pieces in all the ice cube moulds. Now, pour the chicken broth in those moulds. Put this tray in the freezer till they become completely frozen. 

Let your dog lick on the frozen bone all they want.

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 gm finely chopped chicken
  • ½ tbsp turmeric

  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • A little cinnamon and turmeric powder

Peel the sweet potato and cut it into long fry-like shapes. Mix the spices with the coconut oil. Coat the spiced oil on each fry. Put them in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Take them out and turn them to the other side to properly heat them.

Again, bake them for 10-15 minutes. Take them out and let them cool down. Serve them to your dog.

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Add cheese to the flour in a boil. Now add oil and water. Mix all the ingredients well and make them into a dough. You can adjust water accordingly to make proper dough. Roll it out in a thick sheet with a rolling pin.

Cut the treats out of it and put them on a baking tray. Bake the treats at 250-350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until they get good and crisp. Your cheesy dog treats are ready.

  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • ½ cup diced apple
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger paste or finely cut

Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Make it up into a dough by adjusting water accordingly. Roll it out with a rolling pin into a thick sheet. Cut out the treats.

Put the treats on a baking tray and put them into an oven preheated at 350 degrees. Bake them for 25 minutes or until they get crisp golden brown. Take them out and they’re ready.

  • 1 cup boiled and mashed wild rice
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir them well. Put the mixture in silicon moulds filled up to the top and properly pressed. Put them into the oven preheated at 350 degrees. Bake them for 25 minutes at the same temperature.

You can keep them in an airtight container or even freeze them and they can stick for 3-5 days.

21. Pumpkin Cups

  • ¼ cup of coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

Put the pumpkin puree in a mixing bowl and add the coconut milk to it and the cinnamon powder to it. Blend all the ingredients well together until they become just of one consistency.

You can also adjust the milk according to the consistency you prefer. Now, put them all in small cups and put them into the freezer. Take them out and serve them to your pup.

22. Blueberry Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup crushed blueberries
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive or coconut oil

In a bowl, mix oil, blueberries and egg and beat them hard. In another bowl, mix the oat flour and the rice flour. Add the ingredients of the first bowl to the second bowl. Stir the mixture well. 

Put this mixture on a baking tray in the shape of cookies. Put the tray in the oven and heat them at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

23. Diabetic Whole Wheat Dog Treats

If your dog has diabetes, it doesn’t mean they get non-tasty food. 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and ½ pounds beef liver

Replace the whole wheat flour with another flour if your dog has gluten issues. Mince the beef liver very well. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Add the eggs and flour to the minced beef liver. Beat the whole mixture very well.

Spread it in a baking dish evenly and put it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Keep it for a longer time in the oven if it is still not firm. Though, take care for them to stay a bit spongy. Cut them into shapes you like and let your dog have a bite.

  • 1 baked sweet potato
  • 1 can of salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • Coconut oil to grease

Beat the eggs properly in a bowl. Add coconut flour and the can of salmon to it. Leave the mixture still for 10 minutes as the coconut flour needs time to absorb the liquid and expand. Now, peel the sweet potato and mash it properly. Add it to the mixture bowl.

Grease a baking pan or tray with coconut oil. Spread the mixture on the pan and put it into an oven preheated at 350 degrees for an hour or more. Bake it until it dries up completely. Take it out and cut it into small pieces.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 strip of cooked bacon
  • Some blueberries
  • 1 packet of sticks

Mash the bacon completely. Add the bacon and water to the pumpkin puree. Blend them very well into each other to make a mixture of fine consistency. 

Take out your freezing tray and put a blueberry in each mould. Pour the pumpkin mixture into each mould and stick a stick in each one of them. Put it into a freezer for 3-4 hours at least. Take them out and let your dog chew each pop one by one.
