HOW TO MAKE: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix one cup of whole wheat flour, ⅓ rd cup of oats, and ¼ th cup of baking powder in a bowl. Add to the batter one egg, one mashed banana, one shredded carrot, ⅓ rd cup vegetable oil, ¼ th cup honey, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Fill each of the cupcake tins till 2/3rd full.
